Our technicians are now also equipped with iPaqs to download data from the refrigeration unit’s diagnostic unit. Technicians undergo continuous training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest products and installation techniques.

We conduct three to four weeks in-house training a year in conjunction with manufacturers, also providing training and information sessions for TRS customers so they are kept informed of the latest product developments.

TRS maintain a network of 17 regional repair agents for all Thermo King and Anteo repairs state-wide. All agents are trained by TRS to the same level as in-house technicians, and are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to undertake roadside repairs.

For extra peace of mind, we also offer regular maintenance contracts for operators of refrigerated vehicles, which range from daily to weekly or monthly service intervals. These service contracts can be customised to suit the vehicle operator’s operating schedule.

Maintenance of the Thermo King refrigeration units is made simple by computer-controlled diagnostic equipment. Technicians simply plug directly into units and download its service history and any faults that are occurring within the refrigeration units. The technician can then efficiently diagnose the fault and fix it quickly, creating a faster turnaround time.
